SVP, Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the enterprise-wide transformation agenda to ensure sustained value creation across business, technology, and operating models.
• Act as the enterprise orchestrator for complex, cross-functional change, translating strategic ambition into integrated roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Define and maintain the transformation roadmap, accounting for technological change, AI adoption, and regulatory complexity.
• Collaborate with CTOs and Product teams to establish shared goals, operating rhythms, and enterprise-level performance metrics.
• Lead the Enterprise PMO and Transformation Office, establishing portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and delivery standards.
• Drive end-to-end process redesign by embedding automation and AI-enabled capabilities into core business processes.
• Partner with Finance and People teams to define success measures and drive disciplined change adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or technology leadership roles with success in enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated, complex global industries.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation, and process re-engineering platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a relevant field or equivalent executive education.
• Previous experience in data analytics or technology consulting environments.
• Strong background in change management methodologies such as Agile, Systems Thinking, Lean, or Six Sigma.
