About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of actionable insights to inspire strategic excellence across the agency.
- Partner with Creative Leaders, Group Account Directors, and subject matter experts to ensure cohesive and innovative marketing strategies.
- Evolve the strategic planning department to meet the demands of the digital space, blending traditional planning with modern marketing.
- Mentor and educate planning team members, clients, and agency staff on emerging trends and best practices.
- Create and implement roadmaps that guide the execution of all planning-based programs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive leadership and proactive bias management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
- 15+ years of Account Planning experience.
- Proven agency experience is required.
- Deep expertise and practical activation experience in the digital space.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing large teams or departments.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to influence and attract stakeholders.
