About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and champion product vision and roadmap across TV media buying, campaign measurement, and automated optimization
- Translate company strategy into a clear, sequenced product roadmap with defined priorities and resource allocation
- Drive the build-out of core AI and automation capabilities, including bidding algorithms and attribution models
- Partner with engineering, data science, media buying, sales, and finance to ensure technical and commercial feasibility
- Stay ahead of industry shifts such as privacy regulation, programmatic innovation, and AI/ML applications
- Build and scale a high-performing product team by recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability
Requirements
- 10+ years in AdTech product roles with a focus on programmatic media, measurement, or marketing automation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, high-impact products
- Deep comfort navigating large datasets and measurement methodologies
- Strong bias toward automation and AI tooling
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to move decisively
- Strong product taste regarding UX and interface quality
