About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across enterprise brands and agency ecosystems
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of enterprise prospects to drive net new revenue
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations and structure scalable deals
- Partner with product and marketing to ensure solutions meet evolving enterprise needs
- Establish scalable sales processes to optimize velocity and partner satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at global brands and agencies
- Represent Later externally at conferences and industry forums
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience within SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses
- Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals
- Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing
- Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree required
