SVP - Operations, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational roadmaps to ensure regional execution.
• Provide operational discipline and structure to high-growth, decentralized entrepreneurial environments.
• Establish regional governance and process improvements to drive consistency, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between local promoters and international production teams to maximize show quality and fan experience.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments including Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, HR, and Talent.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations and communicate risks and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations, production, venue management, live events, or touring within Latin American markets.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of Latin American business customs and regional market nuances.
• Extensive ability and willingness to travel throughout the LATAM region.
• Strong expertise in concert operations and live event production workflows for international events.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
