Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for acquisition, expansion, and retention to scale toward 3,000+ members
• Develop pricing, packaging, and territory strategy in partnership with CEO and Finance
• Drive new member acquisition through pipeline management, conversion, and forecasting
• Oversee membership success including onboarding, activation, engagement, and renewal
• Lead revenue operations using HubSpot as the source of truth, including Member Health Scores and dashboards
• Build and optimize the referral engine as a primary growth channel

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling revenue from $15M to $50M+
• Experience leading both sales and account management functions
• Expertise in CRM architecture, dashboarding, and compensation design
• Experience working with sophisticated, high-net-worth audiences
• Strong systems thinking regarding member journeys and lifecycle stages
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and perform both strategic and manual tasks
