SVP of Business Strategy

Responsibilities

• Define and lead sales, partnerships, and market development strategies to drive long-term growth and innovation.
• Lead teams aligned to community product sales, market development, and partnership integrations.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical and non-technical professionals.
• Develop comprehensive strategies that align with company goals and drive transformational initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and sales departments to remove roadblocks and influence outcomes.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives, including automation and enhancing client experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in payments or working with financial institutions (credit unions and community banks preferred).
• 5 years of experience working with financial institution partners or integrations.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SaaS applications.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
