About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Citi’s media measurement framework, including performance reporting, attribution strategy, and incrementality testing.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in media, adtech, and product teams to enable data-driven decision-making for media strategy and optimization.
- Manage the attribution measurement and reporting process across all lines of business, ensuring high-quality insights for senior stakeholders.
- Own the measurement roadmap, media test-and-learn agenda, and advanced analytics studies for cross-channel measurement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of media science analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key measurement and media vendors to drive innovation and future-proof measurement solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex measurement methodologies into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in media measurement and analytics (client, agency, or publisher side).
- Expertise in media measurement approaches including attribution, MMM, ad effectiveness, and incrementality testing.
- Strong understanding of media planning principles and digital/emerging media platforms.
- Familiarity with Adtech and Martech tools (e.g., DSP/SSP, audience management, web analytics, identity solutions).
- Outstanding data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and project manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
