About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a simplified, scalable, and repeatable measurement approach for all social channels in collaboration with Social and Marketing Effectiveness leadership.
- Consult with client teams on social measurement best practices, test design, and partner capabilities.
- Partner with external social platforms to secure alpha and beta opportunities for client teams.
- Identify and evaluate social and creator measurement solutions to enable Next Gen Social capabilities.
- Develop product-specific analytics offerings and author industry thought leadership, including white papers and POVs.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and career development for management-level roles within the group.
- Set vision and strategy while facilitating team operations to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Partner with new business teams to identify growth opportunities for existing and prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in a quantitative business environment.
- 8+ years in marketing analytics with deep knowledge of social media and the media planning process.
- Extensive experience with social platforms and their attribution approaches, including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama.
- Advanced expertise in media measurement methodologies, including MMM and MTA.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing direct reports and complex projects.
