SVP, Growth Director

Responsibilities

• Lead new business strategy by identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across target markets and industries
• Oversee daily growth operations, including deliverable tracking, resource alignment, and milestone management
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of integrated new business opportunities across Media, Creative, and CXM
• Lead the creation of briefing materials, client research, competitive intelligence, and RFP/RFI submissions
• Confidently lead credentials presentations and pitch meetings
• Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to shape long-term growth strategy and convert inbound opportunities
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across media, creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver fully integrated proposals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, growth, or senior leadership roles within a media or integrated agency environment
• Proven track record of winning large-scale, competitive, integrated pitches
• Deep expertise in media with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and cross-channel strategy
• Experience working within major advertising holding companies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships
• Ability to travel on a monthly basis
