SVP, Global Client Executive

Responsibilities

• Create sustainable Chubb-Client relationships to drive account retention and business growth
• Develop and update annual Client Plans to align with Risk Management Goals
• Lead the Stewardship process for clients, brokers, and account teams
• Maintain comprehensive client rosters including underwriting, claims, and regional management
• Provide clients with access to senior management and promote the Chubb brand
• Translate product line and regional business plans into actionable client strategies
• Manage overall service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain and update annual client-specific Profit & Loss statements

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years working with risk managers, risk management accounts, and brokers
• Prior experience in the insurance industry or at Chubb
• Proven experience managing complex relationships and accounts
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation abilities
• Proven ability to develop and implement business and marketing plans
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
