SVP, Client Ops

Responsibilities

• Own operational integrity for key clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all teams
• Lead best practice approaches to operational delivery, including workflows, controls, and reporting
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery, governance, or execution issues
• Partner with Client Leaders and Finance on scope development, staffing models, and resource governance
• Establish robust operational controls and audit-ready processes for risk management
• Lead scoping and QBR processes, ensuring alignment between delivery and financial performance
• Modernize financial tracking by establishing a single source of truth for budget pacing and reconciliation
• Drive workflow management tool adoption through structured change management and training
• Redesign media operations models to improve campaign lifecycle mapping and workflow standardization
• Monitor SLA performance and implement ongoing monitoring cadences and escalation paths

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client operations, agency operations, or delivery governance
• 7+ years of leadership experience in operations within a US-based media or marketing services environment
• Strong understanding of media workflows, financial operations, and delivery models
• Proven ability to design and govern operational processes at scale
• Experience leading financial tracking modernization and workflow tool implementation
• Demonstrated success in media operations process redesign and SLA management
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong client credibility and executive presence
