SVP, CIO Comcast Business

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization and rationalization of a fragmented BSS/OSS and customer systems landscape.
• Establish a target architecture and roadmap to reduce duplication and improve interoperability.
• Drive post-M&A integration by creating repeatable patterns to incorporate new platforms and capabilities.
• Introduce and scale AI-native development, automation, and intelligent workflows across the technology lifecycle.
• Champion product-based delivery models and modern engineering practices to improve speed to market.
• Own the end-to-end technology ecosystem for customer acquisition, onboarding, billing, and retention.
• Partner with Product and Operations leaders to align technology strategy with revenue growth and CX outcomes.
• Build a modular, platform-oriented architecture to accelerate the launch of new enterprise services.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level roles (VP, SVP, or equivalent).
• Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations within complex, legacy-heavy environments.
• Deep expertise in BSS/OSS ecosystems and enterprise customer lifecycle platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence within highly matrixed organizations.
• Track record of implementing cloud-native platforms, modern engineering practices, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience integrating M&A assets into a unified operating and technology model.
• Experience leading large, distributed technology organizations with a focus on execution excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of advanced coursework and professional experience.
