About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the channel strategy including partner segment prioritization, pricing, and packaging
- Own revenue lines for Channel Partnerships (DSPs, platforms, programmatic) and Independent Agencies
- Manage combined revenue metrics including activation, expansion, velocity, and win rate
- Build and lead a high-performance sales organization with defined hiring and coaching standards
- Design GTM architecture to ensure clean segmentation and zero channel conflict
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Ad Ops to drive growth
- Maintain forecast discipline with high accuracy and clean CRM management
Requirements
- 12+ years in advertising, ad-tech, or media
- Proven experience owning revenue numbers across inside, channel, or agency sales
- Track record of building commercial engines (ICP, playbooks, tooling, and scaling teams) from scratch
- Experience influencing cross-functional roadmaps and presenting to C-suite executives
- Deep fluency in the modern media stack (programmatic, CTV, social, identity, and measurement)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports media, sports data, or fan engagement
