SVP Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts to drive data-driven decision-making and media investment measurement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Design and lead data integration processes, ensuring data consistency and reliability across multiple sources.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to transform business questions into actionable metrics and measurement outputs.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Manage strategic relationships with key data and media vendors to stay abreast of latest BI tool capabilities.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including data collection, QA, resource management, and deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in BI platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
• Exceptional data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
• Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or Finance preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in the commercialization or go-to-market strategy for analytics projects.
• Extensive experience working with legal, compliance, and procurement teams in a highly regulated environment.
