SVP Business Development Leader-Commercial Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and business development plans to drive division growth and profitability.
• Drive disciplined pipeline management, market prioritization, and opportunity conversion strategies for international factoring and lending.
• Identify and capture new client relationships through proactive, targeted efforts and high-value network engagement.
• Shape and influence go-to-market approaches to ensure alignment with evolving client needs and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience from initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing relationship development.
• Build and maintain a robust referral network and strategic partnerships to enhance brand recognition and originate new opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new client opportunities and portfolio relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Factoring, ABL Sales, or Business Development.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Factoring, ABL Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven expertise in Risk Identification and Risk Mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience specifically in International Factoring.
• FCI Certification.
• Experience leading sales teams.
• MBA degree.
• Ability to travel internationally.
