About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs
- Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Project Management teams on omnichannel campaigns
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
- Design and facilitate workshops and lead tactical and brand planning
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy within an advertising agency
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
