Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate workshops and lead tactical and brand planning
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy within an advertising agency
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
  • Strong leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
