SVP, Agentic Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own senior-most consulting relationships with C-Suite executives at Fortune 1000 and PE-portfolio clients
• Serve as a strategic advisor guiding clients through the business case and risk landscape of agentic adoption
• Lead the design and facilitation of Agentic Transformation roadmaps focused on business outcomes
• Assess organizational readiness spanning culture, workforce, governance, and operating models
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve service portfolios, methodologies, and go-to-market narratives
• Mentor and develop consulting talent and codify transformation expertise into institutional playbooks

Requirements

• Partner Level experience with a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, PwC)
• 20+ years of progressive consulting or senior advisory experience leading large-scale technology transformations
• Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships
• Deep experience with enterprise transformation waves such as ERP, cloud migration, or data/analytics modernization
• Demonstrable experience in Private Equity environments
• Familiarity with the emerging agentic AI landscape and autonomous process orchestration
• Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical complexity into strategic narratives
