SVC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and control the execution of servicing, maintenance, repairs, and modernization of elevators and escalators
• Plan and ensure the availability of necessary materials for work execution
• Report temporary worksites to the labor inspection
• Manage and ensure the execution of operational plans and monthly maintenance schedules
• Contact customers regarding debt collection and prepare reports on collection status
• Implement occupational safety measures and ensure work is performed safely
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved methods and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma (SSS) in a technical field
• 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
• Driving license category B
• English language proficiency (B1 level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and motivated approach to daily tasks
