Sustainment Master Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a realistic and executable Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program
• Manage detailed and master schedules, including analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
• Participate in monthly schedule briefings on program status and health for internal and external customers
• Prepare and coordinate monthly CDRL and DAL deliveries utilizing the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) process
• Travel up to 20% to CONUS and OCONUS locations upon government customer direction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling process expertise
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional
• Familiarity with DCMA 32 guidelines
• Ability to create and present Schedule Management Reviews and senior-level presentations
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in planning/scheduling
• PMI-SP or PMP certification
• Experience managing and integrating sub-contract schedules
• Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
• Experience with creating and managing Roadmaps
• Experience with DoW space programs or SEIT environments
