Sustaining Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification efforts for fab site transfers and new products in collaboration with QA
• Partner with project managers to establish and execute successful project plans
• Optimize manufacturing workflows to reduce cycle time and minimize project execution costs
• Monitor qualification lots, resolve technical issues, and develop effective mitigation plans
• Perform data review and statistical analysis to communicate product performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Generate device specifications in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-PRF-38535 standards
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in product performance within cross-functional teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving regarding product configuration and manufacturing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles for discrete and power IC components
• Demonstrated proficiency in data review, statistical analysis, and problem-solving
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using statistical software such as JMP or MINITAB
• Ability to simplify complex technical standards into actionable execution flows
