About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sustainability strategies across both design and construction stages
- Manage green building certifications including LEED, WELL, and Estidama
- Conduct energy modelling reviews, material assessments, and carbon analysis
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with sustainability targets
- Prepare technical documentation and submission packages
- Monitor KPIs related to ESG, energy performance, water efficiency, and waste management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability within the built environment
- Strong understanding of international sustainability standards and local regulations
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED AP or LEED ID+C accreditation
- WELL AP accreditation
- Estidama PQP certification
