Sustainability Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio planning, program controls, and prioritization processes
• Ensure benefits realization and alignment to strategic objectives
• Define program roles, responsibilities, and governance structures
• Manage risk, change, issues, and dependencies across connected projects
• Establish standardized delivery frameworks, playbooks, and execution plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including real estate, design, and construction
• Lead implementation of data management systems and reporting dashboards
• Provide executive-ready reporting and insights on program progress
• Act as a senior client-facing advisor to influence stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a small team of program management professionals

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex programs in built commercial real estate
• Experience managing programs of connected projects exceeding $50M in value
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field
• Strong understanding of program controls and PMO methodologies
• Proficiency with data, analytics, and program information systems
• Experience with sustainability or Net Zero-aligned initiatives preferred
