Sustainability Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainability initiatives and support the implementation of ESG strategies
• Coordinate ESG meetings, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions
• Help identify and execute opportunities supporting climate targets aligned with SBTi
• Conduct market screenings to identify emerging ESG trends and regulatory developments
• Assist in preparing qualitative and quantitative sustainability reporting
• Contribute to internal communications regarding ESG activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in sustainability management, environmental sciences, business, or a related field
• Completed at least five semesters of study
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
• Strong sustainability mindset and enthusiasm for ESG and climate action
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks such as SBTi, EU Taxonomy, SASB, or CSRD is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to commit to a mandatory 6-month internship as part of studies
