Sustainability Intern

Responsibilities

• Support audit and assurance teams by reviewing client data packs for sustainability and GHG assurance
• Check emissions calculations and verify underlying data against supporting evidence such as utility bills and waste records
• Work with recognized emission factors and databases to ensure accuracy
• Support the review of wider ESG metrics
• Liaise with senior auditors and client teams to contribute to project delivery

Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• A genuine interest in sustainability, carbon, or environmental topics
• High attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset
• Good communication skills and confidence in virtual meetings
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
