Sustainability Engineer/Modeller

Responsibilities

• Carry out building performance modeling and analysis, including energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, and thermal comfort
• Assist in project delivery for sustainability engineering, such as green building assessments and certifications (LEED, BEAM Plus, China Green Building, etc.)
• Support sustainable design and planning through energy studies
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other essential project deliverables

Requirements

• Degree in Built Environment, Building Services, Energy, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in sustainable design modeling software such as eQuest, IES, Fluent, or Phoenics
• Knowledge of LEED or other green building rating systems
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Self-motivated and hardworking approach to complex technical challenges
