Sustainability Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements and develop data modeling and BI solutions
• Integrate diverse data sources into a cohesive data fabric to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
• Conduct business analysis to translate information flows within business processes
• Analyze sustainability, quality, and regulatory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support sustainability initiatives and decision-making
• Perform data profiling, validation, and cleaning to maintain enterprise data quality
• Maintain data quality standards and enforce governance policies and best practices
• Document data orchestrations to highlight their value to modeling and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or a related field
• Proven experience with Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, C++, Python, and SAP QuickViewer
• Extensive experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Qlik Sense
• Experience with IBM Envizi
