Sustainability Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability and industrial safety activities within the industrial division.
• Perform hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Manage and implement Business Continuity Plans (ISO 22301).
• Ensure compliance with official safety and health regulations, including STPS and Civil Protection (state and municipal).
• Support the implementation of ISO standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (Title required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sustainability or Industrial Safety coordination.
• Proven experience with risk assessment and ISO 22301.
• Knowledge of STPS, Civil Protection, and LFT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and AutoCAD.
• Availability to travel and relocate if necessary.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
