About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of professional sustainability competencies through cross-functional interaction
  • Improve user experience for CSR strategy and portfolio training pathways in support of Sustainability and HR teams
  • Enhance digital tools for accessing CSR information, including the development and management of an AI chatbot
  • Assist in creating training assets based on new CSR needs identified by operational teams
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of competency development actions to improve future action plans
  • Conduct benchmarking and veille on best practices regarding sustainability training and competency development

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an M1 or M2 degree in Sustainability, Human Resources, Communication, or Marketing
  • Previous professional experience via an internship (minimum 6 months) in HR, Communication, Marketing, or CSR
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum TOEIC score of 945)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across various functions
