Sushi Worker

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh sushi and Asian dishes daily in a local production facility in Munich
• Process high-quality raw materials including fish, chicken, and fresh vegetables
• Ensure strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards
• Receive and carefully inspect deliveries, including delivery notes and temperature controls
• Manage proper storage, preparation, and professional processing of goods
• Work full-time in the night shift
• Actively contribute to the development and optimization of production processes

Requirements

• Initial experience in gastronomy is an advantage but not required
• Sushi knowledge is a plus (training program provided)
• Friendly, communicative, and reliable personality
• Ability to work well in a team and take responsibility
• Proficiency in German or good communication skills in English
