Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by following service procedures as instructed by senior staff and outlet managers
• Provide food and beverage services across various restaurants, lounges, bars, and decks
• Deliver personalized service by recognizing guests, learning names, and anticipating preferences
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail during both quiet and busy periods
• Communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally with guests and colleagues
• Remain resilient and solution-oriented when facing operational issues or delays

• Must speak Japanese
• Ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and polite under pressure
