About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operation and smooth running of the shop
- Organize work and lead a small team of employees
- Train new team members and supervise their performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene regulations, and internal processes
- Manage ingredient ordering, inventory, and waste minimization
- Monitor sales performance and optimize operations
- Prepare and sell sushi according to internal specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace
Requirements
- Pleasant demeanor and pro-customer orientation
- Responsibility and independence
- Sense of teamwork, order, and cleanliness
- Communicative English language skills
- Experience in the food industry or gastronomy is an advantage
