About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kiosk team, building confidence and capability to ensure success
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products, each shift
- Maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety compliance, and EHO expectations
- Accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance regarding food safety and allergens
- Oversee the cleanliness of the workspace, storerooms, and site to maintain a safe environment
- Manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment while meeting brand standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading people and managing teams
- Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to prepare fresh meat and raw fish products by hand
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (shifts can start as early as 6am)
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on customer service
Benefits
- Competitive pay: £12.71 to £13 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time contract (minimum 24 hours per week)
