About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products to ensure lawful compliance regarding food safety and allergens
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the workspace and storerooms
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to produce high-quality sustainable food
- Follow brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
Requirements
- Proven ability to prepare fresh meat and raw fish
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations
- Ability to work early morning shifts (some starts as early as 6am)
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Chislehurst location
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
