Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products
- Accurately label products for food safety and allergen compliance
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in workspaces and storerooms
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Follow brand standards and company policies
Requirements
- Understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations
- Reliable transportation for early morning commutes (shifts can start at 6am)
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude
