Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary experiences. We operate pan-Asian food kiosks within major retail leaders, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA. We focus on professional development and training through our internal HANACADEMY.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production runs smoothly following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
- Prepare the full range of products including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
- Master all recipes and product preparation
- Set up refrigerators and food preparations
- Adhere strictly to HACCP hygiene rules
- Monitor product expiration dates in displays and refrigerators daily
- Maintain the stand through cleaning and restocking
- Organize and store stock
Requirements
- Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
- Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus (training provided)
