About the Company

Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary experiences. We operate pan-Asian food kiosks within major retail leaders, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA. We focus on professional development and training through our internal HANACADEMY.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure production runs smoothly following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
  • Prepare the full range of products including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
  • Master all recipes and product preparation
  • Set up refrigerators and food preparations
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP hygiene rules
  • Monitor product expiration dates in displays and refrigerators daily
  • Maintain the stand through cleaning and restocking
  • Organize and store stock

Requirements

  • Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
  • Thorough knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
  • Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus (training provided)
