Sushi Chef

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya standards
• Prepare a full range of products including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
• Master all recipes and manage the setup of refrigerators and preparations
• Strictly adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitor product expiration dates in display cases and refrigerators daily
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand and stock areas

Requirements

• Strong sense of customer service and commercial awareness
• Excellent team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
• Previous experience in Sushi or Wok preparation is preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or brasserie environment
• Willingness to undergo training through our internal Hanacademy school
