Survivability Engineer/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to enhance weapons mission effectiveness regarding survivability technologies
• Develop and conduct modeling and simulation (M&S) to support technology test and evaluation
• Explore technologies against existing and emerging threats
• Evaluate survivability technologies and gaps to investigate potential performance improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Experience in Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development and analysis
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming using MATLAB and Python
• Experience with DoD systems and/or software
• Active Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) Susceptibility or Radar Cross Section (RCS)
• Experience with Aircraft Combat Survivability Tactics
• Familiarity with tools such as ESAMS, AFSIM, XPATCH, or BRAWLER
