Surveyor - Reinstatement Cost Assessment

Responsibilities

• Undertake property inspections including site notes, construction specifications, and building services
• Capture evidential photos and perform full site or check measurements
• Use digital measurement software like CostX to determine accurate Gross Internal Areas
• Build up assessments to provide reinstatement cost figures, including site clearance and professional fees
• Gather and analyse cost data from online databases, publications, and client sources
• Travel to various sites across the UK, EMEA, and globally

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and act on own initiative
• Exceptional attention to detail
• RCA experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with measurement software is a plus
• Full driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively
