Surveyor or Senior Surveyor (Valuation and Advisory)

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial and residential valuations in an accurate and professional manner
• Generate new business and increase the range of instructions to support department growth
• Prepare detailed valuation reports with support from junior staff members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional organizations
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends and legal case law
• Respond quickly to client enquiries and manage stakeholder communications efficiently
• Adhere to all RICS professional development standards and company best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a RICS accredited degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant valuation experience, ideally within the UK or GCC property sector
• MRICS designation or RICS Registered Valuer status is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation software such as Argus Enterprise or Estate Master
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• Strong numerical, analytical, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
