Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal technical reference for topography across a network of approximately 40 sites.
• Perform cartographic updates and control exploitation progress plans for extraction and restoration zones.
• Execute volume calculations for extraction, site redevelopment, and stock inventory.
• Conduct field implantations of markers and essential elements for industrial works.
• Provide technical support for land development projects through the creation of regulatory plans and calculations.
• Manage technological tools, including drone piloting for site photography and topographic surveys.
• Supervise external service providers, including expert surveyors and drone operators.
• Manage and archive topographic data, translating field measurements into 2D/3D plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Health, Safety, and Security policies.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience as a surveyor/topographer.
• Educational background: BAC +2 / BTS or DUT in Topography.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Covadis.
• Experience with topographic measurement instruments (GPS poles, Trimble/Leica theodolites).
• Skills in professional drone piloting for topographic surveys.
• Valid driving license (Permis B) for frequent travel between sites.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate external specialized contractors.
