Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive field surveys to establish precise control points, layout reference lines, and verify elevation benchmarks.
• Lead and coordinate on-site surveying operations ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to interpret technical plans and deliver timely survey data.
• Set up and maintain reliable control networks and calibrate advanced instruments such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and digital levels.
• Monitor and document as-built conditions and produce detailed reports to support project documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt surveying methodologies to changing site conditions.
• Maintain meticulous records of survey activities and data backups using specialized software.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction surveying or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with Trimble surveying technology and associated software platforms.
• Strong foundational skills in mathematics, including algebra and geometry for spatial calculations.
• Ability to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain.
• Possession of reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently between job sites.
• Excellent communication skills for professional liaison with multi-disciplinary teams.
