Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect accurate data concerning land, structures, and construction sites
• Utilize surveying equipment and software to measure distances, elevations, and angles
• Prepare and maintain detailed records, sketches, and reports of survey findings
• Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to provide necessary survey data
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during fieldwork
• Assist in setting out construction works according to design plans and specifications
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in surveying, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency in modern surveying instruments and software including Total Station, AutoCAD, and GPS
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments
