About the role
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Achieve sales targets and close calls effectively
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
- Proven ability to close sales and convince customers
- Experience in BPO environments is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (8:30pm-6:30am)
