Surgical Onsite Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical expertise to physicians and surgical teams in the operating room.
• Lead in-service training sessions and support educational programs such as Resident Labs and MedEd courses.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades and conduct fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance.
• Partner with the Surgical Account Manager to support product trials, implementation, and market expansion.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for scheduled procedures.
• Identify and report sales opportunities and leads within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, including potential overnight or weekend work.
• Ability to reside within the Los Angeles and Pasadena territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in the Operating Room (OR).
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Proven ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations.
