Responsibilities

• Professional accompaniment of patients throughout the entire surgical process
• Instrumenting and relief duties in various specialist departments
• Ensuring smooth surgical workflows within the interdisciplinary team
• Responsible for the proper preparation of the operating room
• Implementation and adherence to all hygiene and quality standards
• Documentation and management of materials and equipment in the OR area

Requirements

• Completed training as an Operationstechnischer Assistent (OTA) or Healthcare and Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
• Reliable, committed, and responsible way of working
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized training in the operating room area
• Relevant professional experience in surgical nursing
