About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish MicroShunt as the preferred surgical treatment for glaucoma by building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Identify and develop new accounts in surgical glaucoma and manage existing key customer relationships
  • Conduct and support local training regarding glaucoma drainage surgery
  • Develop innovative acquisition plans at the account level to ensure sustainable business development
  • Collaborate with Pricing & Market-Access teams to maximize product potential in the territory
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the territory financial budget
  • Provide technical expertise and accurate feedback on competitor activities in the field
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, Code of Practice, and Good Distribution Practice guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in medical device sales
  • Experience in ophthalmology or hospital sales is preferred
  • Degree in a health or business-related subject
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and health system policies
  • Proven history of top sales performance and a commercially driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
