About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain SMT equipment including screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, placement machines, and stencil cleaners
- Interface with complex machine hardware and software to support Printed Circuit Board Assembly processes
- Identify and report defective components and ensure product meets established workmanship standards
- Inspect own work to ensure accuracy and maintain data logs and work-in-process accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and surrounding workspace
- Participate in quality teams and may assist in training other employees
- Work the 3rd shift schedule: Sunday – Thursday (11:00pm – 7:30am)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- US Person status as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (required for ITAR controlled technical data)
- Basic computer skills
- ESD Training
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SMT equipment operation
- IPC-A-610 Certification
- Knowledge of component identification and nomenclature
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary
