Surface Design Summer Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative product concepts for LivTec and Automotive product lines based on emerging trends and market insights
• Produce small-scale prototypes and samples through the in-house design center
• Support the end-to-end product development cycle, including concept refinement, file creation, and production preparation
• Assist with printing-related topics for innovative printed pool products
• Collaborate with technical, sales, and product management teams to ensure manufacturability
• Conduct market and trend research to align designs with regional and customer demands
• Deliver a professional final presentation to the management team summarizing project impact

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-accredited college, university, or technical school
• Minimum 2.8 GPA
• Pursuing a degree in Design, Art, Graphic Design, Product Development, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop) and MS Office Suite
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing industrial environment and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment
