Surf Instructor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests and colleagues within Aquarabia Water Theme Park
• Assist in the daily operation of aquatic attractions and adventure experiences
• Perform safety checks for attractions to manage aquatic risks and meet international standards
• Respond to and assist in medical emergencies within the scope of your certification and training
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest and colleague areas, including non-aquatic aspects of the operation
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and varying environmental conditions such as heat or wind
• Collaborate with other operational departments to ensure smooth park functions and meet KPIs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, amusement, or guest service industry
• Practical experience with Surfing, Whitewater Rafting, Canyoneering, Deep Water, or Rock Climbing
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and access ride platforms multiple times a day

Preferred Qualifications

• General understanding and communication skills in Arabic
• Previous experience working in the Middle East or in an international work environment
• Relevant adventure experience certifications
